Craig has spent over 15 years within the hospitality industry and has certainly seen it all. Craig relocated to Queenstown in New Zealand four years ago, during which time he identified the need for a professionally run Event Company, encompassing not only the event itself, but extending to every aspect of the delegates visit including the very important part of team building and of course comfortable accommodation. That original Event company has now relocated to Australia, re-branded and expanded at the request of past clients to now take in Australia, Canada and the South Pacific Islands as well as New Zealand.

With his vast experience in hotels, conferences and incentives, food and beverage management, Craig brings to Caultrane event organisers a vast level of operational experience at corporate level. Craig most recently sold a majority shareholding in Queenstown's most internationally acclaimed and exclusive restaurant "The Bunker" allowing him to fully commit to the success of Caultrane.

Craig's exceptional organisational skills and his ability to exceed under pressure ensure that the utmost attention to detail is achieved. His out of the box thinking, local and international knowledge and experience, along with his fresh perspective and proven communication skills will ensure that Caultrane will provide you with an outstanding and memorable event.

Joanna relocated from Canada to Australia to complete her education and gain a broader perspective on international business. She has completed her Masters of Business Administration at La Trobe University in Melbourne, specialisations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

Joanna worked for Caultrane on a part time basis and now has become a full time member of staff since finishing at University to take on the role of Event Sales and Operations Executive. For the past 8 years she has planned events for organizations such as the Canadian Cancer Society and YMCA Calgary.

Joanna has also overseen the facilitation of municipal based recreation programs as well as many special events on Vancouver Island. While working extensively with these companies it has enabled her to bring to Caultrane an extensive knowledge base of collaborative skills which enable her to provide all our clients with the utmost professionalism and service which is regarded from her peers the top within the industry.
